How do we make it all happen?

Whatever your requirement, the first step is appointing your Principal Project Manager. He or she will be with you from the get-go, right through to completion of the project. They’ll also be the main contact point for dealing with tenants, contractors, the local authority and landlord.

At the same time they’ll look after all the milestones and processes, and coordinate everything with you via regular meetings with you and your other key team members.  Whether the job’s big, small, or somewhere in between, we’ve got your back.

Progress reports, budget tracking and key issue reporting are all processes we nail firmly in place, enabling quick decision making and ensuring both eyes, not just one, are kept on cost control, quality and time issues.
